It is with the greatest of pleasure that I recommend Tiffany
Yelverton. In the past eighteen months, I have had to engage
Tiffany’s services in the areas of training, motivating and “down
and dirty” lease up situations. In all these diverse cases,
Tiffany’s professionalism, adaptability, and maturity heavily
impacted success stories in all these situations. I have
been in the industry from almost thirty-five years and I can
say unequivocally that Tiffany is one of the most energetic,
focused and all around talented individuals that I have come
across that truly understands how this business works, and more
importantly, how to make people feel good about their individual
contributions to a successful venture.
The first occasion that I used Tiffany’s services was with Chandler Management on a “get us out of trouble” community in San Antonio, Texas early 2007. She brought a focused plan and organization to a company and property that was in the “stone ages”. We were able to begin to get traction and progress as the community worked its way up from the high 70's% occupancy with a very difficult staff.
In the summer of 2007, Tiffany helped drum up energy, a marketing plan and great determination for a community in Manassas, Virginia. This community was sitting in the low 80% occupancy range and Tiffany coordinated an outreach program with targeted advertising and great drive that was translated to the community team which resulted in a great success story as we went into the 90’s % occupancy world with great forward drive and a highly motivated staff, thanks to her leadership skills. Additionally, Tiffany conducted an in house seminar to the senior team which helped pump up morale and provided a forward looking message on how to keep all motivated with eyes on customer service, and how to sell apartments.
I am currently with Mission Residential, a 12,000 unit firm based in Oakton Virginia and Austin Texas. As I was in the process of building our new management team, the challenge I faced was to get our community teams highly motivated and challenged to strive for the “stars” as this new company shape and its character is clearly defined. I immediately went to the one person that could handle this assignment, and Tiffany worked with our marketing executives to craft a clearly defined scope of work that could be taken on the road to our different regions. “Spring into Leasing” was a tremendous success throughout our organization. The all day sessions were very highly received and everyone felt great and delighted to be part of our organization as a result of Tiffany’s uplifting and motivating presentation.
